At Indian Digital Nomads, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Work has not yet started after payment.
  • Project delivery exceeds 30 days beyond deadline without justified reason.
  • Deliverables are not aligned with the initially agreed scope, and revisions do not resolve the issues.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • After partial or full delivery of the agreed services.
  • Client changes mind or scope mid-project.
  • Delay caused due to lack of communication or incomplete input from the client.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us at director@indiandigitalnomads.com within 7 days of the incident.
  • Mention your project ID, payment details, and reason for refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
