By joining the Indian Digital Nomads platform as a freelancer or student, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration & Verification

• You must provide accurate personal, educational, and skill-related information.
• Students may be required to pass a basic screening or assessment before being listed.

2. Work & Conduct

• You must deliver projects professionally and on time.
• You agree to maintain confidentiality of client data and project material.
• Plagiarism, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct will result in immediate termination.

3. Payments

• Payouts will be made post project approval by the client.
• Payment terms will be project-specific and mutually agreed in advance.

4. Portfolio Rights

• With your consent, your work may be showcased in our digital nomads’ portfolio to attract more clients and grow your profile.
